Emily studied to become a K-3 educator in 2005, but while supporting herself through school by managing a print shop, she discovered a passion for business operations and team development. This newfound interest led to a nearly 20-year career in retail management, where Emily utilized her skills in managing multimillion-dollar businesses and coaching and developing her teams of people. Her expertise and dedication earned her accolades such as "Most Spirited Teams" and "Best Performance" in various categories.
In 2024, Emily chose to shift her career focus and join Workshop Digital, leveraging her extensive knowledge of business operations and her genuine passion for people. Her management experience and dedication to creating positive team environments have seamlessly translated into her new role.
Originally from eastern Virginia, Emily moved to the Richmond area in 2023. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Margo and Frasier, and her cat, Orry. Emily also loves traveling to the beach, attending concerts and comedy shows, and indulging her creative side by designing t-shirts, paper products, and other custom pieces.
