Scott has been working in the Recruiting and People Ops world since 2012, bringing over a decade of experience to his role. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working with a variety of software companies in Austin, NYC, and Richmond, focusing on Marketing Analytics, Warehouse Management, and Law software.
He received a B.S. in Leadership Development from Texas A&M University with minors in Human Resources and Philosophy. During his college years, an inspirational academic advisor helped Scott realize his passion for helping others pursue their career dreams, setting the stage for his future in recruiting and people operations.
When he’s not working to connect talented individuals with exciting career opportunities, he likes to walk with his two adorable mutts, discuss the 2011 Dallas Mavericks miracle run, or nerd out with the boys at an MTG pre-release event.
