A prominent auto dealer was using a high-end social media management service, paying top dollar for a cookie-cutter approach. They needed a personal, local approach across their social media accounts to reach and engage the customers who mattered.
With a decent social infrastructure already in place, we focused on a smooth transition to a more local approach.
We took a few vehicles to local landmarks for photo opportunities, which were well-received by the local community. We also attended local events and charity fundraisers, live- streaming our presence across social networks. This allowed us to develop and create a social media campaign to engage the local community and reach potential customers.
